Despite the small size,Pal A4 uses its own patented gearbox to realize high torque output and precision. It moves at a very high speed and is optimized for repetitive tasks such as handling and assembly of small and compact workpieces minimum to 0.8 mm in size.

A new concept SCARA robot specialized in vertical motion range

Pal A Cylindrical SCARA is a new type of robot developed by MINTROBOT,designed with a long vertical motion range,360-degree cylindrical body rotation,and a slim link structure. These structural features can effectively replace tasks that were not possible with the existing SCARA.

Elacloid Drive® overcoming the shortcomings of existing reducers

Elacloid Drive® (Elastic Deformation Cycloid Drive) is an internationally patented reducer developed by MINTROBOT in order to improve the miniaturization and productivity,which are disadvantages of the existing cycloid reducer. It is a completely new concept of reducer that improves mass productivity by establishing its own production process based on the principle of elastic tooth shape to overcome the loss of precision that may occur due to the miniaturization of the cycloid reducer.
