Welding is a very important process in the ship manufacturing process, and the following technology is applied to maximize the productivity improvement of the shipbuilding industry by introducing a robot system for bead inspection and awarding after welding. (Technical form) Integrated management system technology for strengthening the quality management of welding structures of ships and offshore plants using automatic measurement and sensing of welding bead non-uniformity Designing an omnidirectional movement mechanism to derive magnetism and wheel drive optimization performance (Composite sensing) Development of contactless real-time sensing technology through the design of laser-vision 3D scanning system H/W and S/W Development of AI-based optimal throughput analysis S/W using images, images, and digitized data for (learning type) proper bead shape determination (Complex geometry) Design of automatic machining (grinding) and dust collection systems for the following views, up views, and verification of reliability (Integrated system) Development of an integrated management system such as a welding bead shape measurement system, suitability judgment and optimal machining volume calculation technology, and an automatic machining (grinding) and dust collection system<div id="hwpEditorBoardContent" class="hwp_editor_board_content" data-hjsonver="1.0" data-jsonlen="9393"></div>
