DGW는 EtherCAT과 EtherNet/IP 혹은 CC-Link 장치
간 I/O 통신을 제공합니다. 예를 들어, 상위 제어기로
FANUC PLC (EtherNet/IP) 혹은 MITSUBISHI PLC
(CC-Link) 를 사용하는 경우 EtherCAT 기반의 Robot
Motion Controller와 I/O 정보 송,수신을 구현할 수
있습니다.
DGW를 사용하면 PLC와 Robot Motion Controller 간
랜선 하나만으로 연결할 수 있기 때문에 간결한 배선,
공간의 효율적 사용 등으로 비용 절감과 유지 보수 효율
증대의 효과가 있으며, 간단한 설정만으로 EtherCAT과
EtherNet/IP 혹은 CC-Link 간의 네트워크를 구축할 수
있어 별도의 통신 프로그램을 개발하는 비용과 시간을
절약할 수 있습니다.
또한 외부의 LED를 통해 통신의 에러 상태를 간단하게
진단할 수 있고, DIN Rail 장착 방식을 채용하여 제어반
내 설치가 간편합니다.
