Heat treatment, chrome plating and precision grinding techniques produce 600mm-long shaft with a diameter from£4mm to £80mm and various types of track roller bearings. Track roller bearings move along the surface of a heat-treated bar or a V-type guide in cloud motion, achieving high stiffness and smoothness in motion. We hold the original technology of Speed Guide procured through the combination of shaft or aluminum profiles and various track roller bearings. With the combination of a timing belt, SERO is produced, a high-speed gentry robot that is the most economical yet compact. In addition, the Big Ear is a LDL Screw Robot (Screw Type High Speed Precision Distance Orthogonal Robot), which is more than 4m long and has a wide range of applications as it perfectly complements the limitations of existing orthogonal robots. |
